½ cup sugar
½ cup flour
1 egg
½ tsp vanilla
1 ¼ cups flour
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking soda
4 (1.4 oz.) bars chocolate coated toffee chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. In a large bowl combine sugar, butter, egg and vanilla. Beat on medium until light and fluffy. Reduce to low and add remaining ingredients except the chopped toffee. Continue beating 1 to 2 minutes. By hand stir in the toffee. Drop by spoonful's onto greased cookie sheets. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 1 minute before removing from cookie sheets.
