5-6 lb boneless leg of lamb
4 Tbs fresh chopped rosemary
1 Tbs fresh chopped garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Rub lamb with oil, salt, pepper, rosemary & garlic
Place roast on a rack in a roasting pan

Broil at 450 degree oven for 5 minutes on each side.
Reduce oven heat to 325 degrees.

Cook to desired level with a meat thermometer or using times listed below:
Medium-rare 15-20 min per pound (145 degrees F internal temp)
Medium 20-25 min per pound (160 degrees F internal temp)
Well Done 25-30 min per pound (170 degrees F internal temp)

Remove lamb from oven approx 5 minutes before time and allow it to rest 10-15 minutes.
