4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts (halved and pounded thin)
½ pound butter
2 Tbls chopped chives
2 Tbls chopped parsley
1 clove garlic (minced)
½ tsp salt
½ tsp white pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Pound chicken breasts slightly until thinner.

Form ½ lb butter into 8 balls with chives, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.

Place one seasoned ball in the center of each breast half.
Roll the chicken breast up around the butter and secure with a tooth pick(s).

Dust rolled up chicken breast with flour.
Brush with beaten egg. Roll in bread crumbs.

Deep fry until golden brown approximately 5-7 minutes
