4 boneless chicken breasts or thighs
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
½ cup sour cream
Sliced mushrooms (fresh or canned)
2 Tbs cooking sherry
1 tsp thyme
Salt/pepper to taste
White Rice
Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken and brown in melted butter. Set aside.
Mix soup, sour cream, sherry, thyme and heat until smooth. Add mushrooms
Place chicken in baking dish and cover with white sauce.
Sprinkle with paprika.

Cover with foil and bake at 350º for 45 minutes
Serve over rice
