1 cup sifted flour
¼ pound butter
¼ tsp salt
2 Tbls sour cream

Filling:
10 slices bacon
6 oz thin sliced swiss cheese
½ tsp salt
⅛ tsp nutmet
2 cups light cream
4 eggs
2 Tbls butter

Pastry:
Sift flour and salt in a bowl. Work in butter by hand
Stir in sour cream until a ball of dough is formed.
Chill for 3 hours or overnight.
Roll out on a lightly floured surface to fit a 9 inch pie plate.

Preheat oven to 375
Fry bacon until crisp. Drain well.
Arrange in overlapping design in pastry shell.

Beat together eggs, salt, nutmeg and cream.
Place cheese slices over bacon and pour egg mixture over all. Dot with butter.

Bake at 375º for 40 minutes until delicately browned and set

Let stand 30 minutes prior to serving
