Ingredients:  
4 Pork Chop filets (boneless or with bone removed)
*Pork Chops should be pounded until very thin.
Salt and Pepper
2 onions sliced
3-4 Tbls flour
Butter (to fry chops in)
1 small can of mushrooms
1 Tbls instant beef bouillon

Directions:
Directions:
Salt & Pepper the thin pork filet.
Turn filets in flour until well coated

Fry slowly in butter along with onions and mushrooms.
When done (about 15 minutes each side) remove from pan and keep warm

Gravy:
Pour 1 cup warm water into the pan and loosen the pork juices.
Add bouillon and more flour if you want a thicker gravy.
Simmer for 1 minute.

Place filets on plate and cover with gravy
Serve with noodles.
