London Broil Beef with Horseradish Sauce Recipe

1-2 pound London Broil Steak
Desired seasonings
Desired Marinade
Horseradish & Sour Cream

Marinade roast 45 min to hour (or overnight if desired )
Possible Marinades:
Olive oil
minced garlic
white pepper
teriyaki Sauce
A purchased marinade of your choice

Horseradish Sauce:
Mix to to taste the desired amount of sour cream and Horseradish in bowl.
Serve with meat after cooking.

Preheat the oven on High Broil setting.
Put meat in broiler pan on high level shelf in oven with broiler going.
*May need to crack oven door so the broiler stays on high.

Broil approx 4 minutes on first side and then turn.
Broil approx 4 minutes on second side.
Remove from oven. Let meat sit for 5 -8 minutes.

When you slice meat - slice across the grain of meat in inch slices
Serve with Horseradish Sauce on the side.
