1 pkg chocolate cake mix (with pudding in it)
1 c mayonnaise
1 c water
3 lg eggs

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease and flour 2 layer cake pans.

In large bowl with mixer at low speed, blend all ingredients for 30 seconds. Then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pans. Bake for 30 minutes or until cake pulls away from sides of pans. Cool 10 minutes and then remove from pans.

Note: Frost with Aunt Ellen's whipped cream frosting.
