1 12-oz box of Vermicelli
¾ cup olive oil or salad oil
4 teaspoons lemon juice
4-6 teaspoons Italian Good Seasons Mix
1 6-oz can of chopped black olives
1 4-oz jar of diced pimentos
1 bunch chopped green onion (optional)
Garlic powder and Parmesan Cheese to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil Vermicelli 4 minutes and drain thoroughly and put Vermicelli in mixing bowl.
Mix olive oil, lemon juice and good Seasons salad dressing mix and pour it over the Vermicelli.
Let it stand at room temp for 3 hours.

Add chopped black olives, chopped pimento and chopped green onions.
Add garlic powder and Parmesan cheese as desired.

Mix and cover. Let stand in refrig several hours before serving

* I usually cut the Vermicelli pasta several ways to make it easier to get it on the plate.
