1 can Pineapple #2 drained and cut into cubes (if not already in cubes)
30 Large Marshmallows cut up or 1 cup mini marshmallows
1 pound Seedless Green Grapes - cut in half
pound of chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts)
2 egg yolks
2 Tbls vinegar
2 Tbls sugar.
pint whipping cream

Mix all Pineapple, Grapes, Marshmellows, and nuts together.

Prepare the Dressing:
2 Egg yolks beaten with 2 Tbs vinegar and 2 Tbls sugar cooked and stirred until it becomes thick.
Allow this to cool (in refrigerator).
When cooled, pour over fruit, nuts and marshmellows

Whip the cream til stiff then mix with pineapple and other ingredients.
Let stand in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight
