1¼ lb Oreos©, finely crushed
¼ c margarine, softened
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 c confectioners sugar
3½ c milk
2 sm boxes vanilla pudding mix, instant
12 oz Cool Whip©

8 inch flower pot
1 artificial flower stem

Directions:
In large bowl, cream together the margarine, cream cheese, confectioner's sugar.

In a separate bowl, combine the milk, pudding and Cool Whip©.

In the larger of the 2 bowls, combine the cream cheese mixture and the pudding.

In the flower pot, make alternate layers of the crushed Oreos© and the pudding mix. Top layer should be crushed cookies. Insert the flower. You can use a (new) potting shovel to serve this.

Note: This can be made a sand cake by using crushed Vanilla Wafers in place of the Oreos. Assemble in a sand bucket. Decorate with shells. Serve with sand shovel.
