1 lb sharp cheese - grated
2 8-oz packages Cream Cheese
1 small onion - chopped
1 cup chopped Pecans
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
½ tsp Tabasco Sauce
Garlic Salt to Taste
1 Cup Strawberry Preserves

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except pecans and preserves and mix well.
Spoon mixture into a greased, 4 cup ring mold. Chill overnight

When ready to serve, unmold it on large round plate.
Fill the center of ring with the strawberry preserves & pecans
Surround ring with crackers on the plate.
