2 c light brown sugar
4 T cream
½ c butter
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Place brown sugar, cream and butter in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally to keep from burning.

When it comes to a boil, boil for 1 minutes, stirring.

Remove from stove. Add baking powder and vanilla.

Beat until creamy enough to spread.

Serving ideas: MomMom loved this on a Blackberry Cake.
