5 lbs Potatoes, peeled and diced
½ Container Miracle Whip (about 15 oz.)
3 Celery Stalks, diced
1 Onion Medium, diced
2-4 Splashes of Vinegar
Paprika
Salt and Pepper
Garlic Powder, pinch

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook diced potatoes until tender. Boil or microwave.
2. Dice onion and celery while potatoes are cooking.
3. In large bowl combine miracle whip, vinegar, seasonings, and vegetables. Mix Well. You might not need to add all the diced vegetables. Go by sight and taste.
4. Taste to see if anymore seasonings or vinegar ect. need to be added.
5. Fold in potatoes gently and serve chilled. Sprinkle a light dusting of paprika on top.

Always mix well together your miracle whip, seasonings, vegetables, and vinegar before adding your potatoes. I never use exact measurements. I just eyeball everything and go by taste.
