3/4 cups light corn syrup
2 tbsp water
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tbsp butter
1/3 cup whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix corn syrup and water in a heavy pan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 6 minutes, uncovered. Whisk in peanut butter, remove from heat. Stir in butter until melted. Stir in cream and vanilla. Store in covered container in refrigerator. This will keep for 2-4 weeks.
