Ground Meat ( Beef)
Onion
Can of Mushroom or cream of chicken soup
Package of corn tortillas
Grated cheese ( cheddar)
Black olives

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground meat and onion, pour off any fat. Add a can of cream soup. ( I like mushroom). Tear the tortillas into pieces. ( I don't use the whole package, just some). Then just put into a covered Casserole, kind of thin one, not real deep,
Bake @350º for a while, depending on Casserole size. Take out of oven, top with cheese and olives, return to oven till the cheese melts real good.
