2 LBS CHICKEN BREAST (CAN USE PART THIGH MEAT)
1 CAN CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
1 13OZ CAN EVAPORATED MILK (LIKE PET MILK)
½ CUP ONIONS, FINELY CHOPPED
1 6OZ PACKAGE CORNBREAD STUFFING MIX (LIKE STOVETOP)
¾ CUP CHICKEN BROTH
1 STICK MARGARINE

Directions:
Preheat oven 350º.

Cook chicken in water until tender. Let cool. Chop chicken and place in greased 9 x 13 pan. Mix soups, milk and onion and pour over chicken. Melt butter in the chicken broth. Add stuffing mix. Mix well. Spread over chicken/soup mixture. Bake 350º about 45 minutes. Let sit about 15 minutes before serving.
