2 cups graham cracker crumbs
4 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
Filling
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/8 tsp salt
3 egg yolks
1/4 cup chopped raisins
2 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp almond extract
3 egg whites, beaten
1/4 cup nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, cinnamon, salt and vanilla, reserve 1/2 cup. Press remaining mixture into greased shallow dish.
Mix sugar, flour, salt, milk, egg yolks, and cook until thick and creamy. Cool and add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour over crumb mixture, top with reserved crumbs. Chill.
