1/2 cup Crisco shortening
2 egg yolks
4 tbsp sour milk
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
3 bananas, mashed
1 tsp vanilla
Icing
6 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp milk
2 tbsp butter
Powdered sugar

Preheat oven 350.
Mix cake ingredients and pour into a greased 9X13 pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Allow to cool.
Mix first 3 icing ingredients, cook for 1-2 minutes. Add powdered sugar to get the consistency you want. Ice the cake.
