1 lb. farfalle pasta
1 - 35 oz. can crushed tomatoes
1 package sliced portabello mushrooms, black undersides removed, cut into chunks
3 - 4 oz. smoked mozzarella cheese, diced
3 - 4 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese, diced
¼ c. extra virgin olive oil
3 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté garlic and mushrooms in olive oil until mushrooms are tender. Add crushed tomatoes, salt and pepper. Stir and let simmer while pasta is cooking. Drain pasta and ladle portions onto plates. Sprinkle pasta with cheeses and spoon hot sauce over cheese and pasta. Buon Appetito!!
