1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 ½ cups plain flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoon cinnamon
4 cups peeled diced apples (Granny Smith Best)
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 12 oz package butterscotch chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon. Add to creamed mixture and mix well. Add apples and fold in nuts. Pour into greased and floured baking pan. Sprinkle butterscotch chips evenly on top and do not mix. Bake 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
