1 TBSP. powder milk
1TSP.baking powder.
1TSP. Sugar
1.egg.
oil
Directions:

add water.to milk powder to make milk
Mix all ingredients together.
add oil to all until reaching loose batter consistency

add 1 TBSP oil to pan; heat to high
add 1/2 batter
fry until golden, flipping 1/2 way
