2 refrigerated pie crusts (Pillsbury pastry dough)1 stick butter, melted
2 1/2 cps. light corn syrup
2 1/2 cps. packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
6 eggs, beaten
2 cps. coarsely chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425, Unroll 1 pie crust and spread in bottom of baking dish. Mix butter, sugar, syrup, vanilla and eggs well and add pecans. Pour half of mixture over crust. Top with second crust, spray with cooking spray and bake for 15 min. Pour remaining filling on top of baked crust and bake at 350 for 30 min. Cool for about 20 min. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream!
