1 pkg. strawberry Jello
1 pkg. orange Jello
1 pkg. lime Jello
1 pkg. lemon Jello
4 cups boiling water
1½ cups cold water
¼ cup sugar
½ cup pineapple juice
1 (8oz) Cool Whip (thawed)

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare strawberry, orange and lime Jello separately using 1 cup boiling water, ½ cup cold water each. Pour each in square pan. Chill until firm. Cut into ½ inch cubes.

Dissolve remaining package lemon Jello and sugar in 1 cup boiling water. Stir in pineapple juice. Chill until slightly thickened.

Blend Cool Whip into mixture. Fold in Jello cubes. Pour into tube pan or Jello mold. Chill overnight.
Unmold and serve.

Grandpa made this at Christmas time and it looks impressive with the "jewels" of colorful jello cubes floating throughout. Its a great "bring a dish" for get-together's.
