4 chicken breasts, skinless, boneless
⅔ c butter
½ c seasoned bread crumbs
2 T parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp basil leaves
1 tsp oregano leaves
½ tsp garlic salt
¼ tsp salt
¼ c white wine
½ c parsley, chopped
¼ c green onion, chopped

Heat oven 375º.

Melt butter in small sauce pan.

Combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, garlic salt, and salt.

Dip chicken in melted butter then coat with bread crumb mixture. Save remaining butter.

Place chicken in ungreased 13 x 9 baking dish. Bake 40-45 minutes or until chicken fork tender.

While the chicken is cooking, make sauce. With the remaining butter (should be about 1/2 cup, if not add more) add the white wine, place on stove and bring to simmer. Add green onion and parsley, simmer for 5 minutes.

When chicken is done, pour the butter sauce over the chicken and return to the oven for 3-5 minutes. Serve with sauce spooned over the chicken.
