5# lean hamburger
4 oz. ketchup
3 heaping tsp. mustard
3 heaping tsp. cream style horseradish
3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 heaping tsp. salt
¼ tsp. black pepper
8 oz. warm water
8 oz. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. Accent
Directions:
Directions:
Place hamburger in flat bottom pan. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over the hamburger. Cook on low heat while stirring constantly until meat is broken finely apart. Increase heat until mixture comes to a boil. Let it boil for 25 minutes stirring constantly to keep from sticking to bottom or to lump.
