Cucumbers, peeled
4 cups sugar
4 cups vinegar
1 cup water

Add 1 tsp pickling salt and 1 tsp mustard seed to the bottom of the jar

Peel cucumbers, remove seeds sprinkle with salt; let sit for about 1/2 hour

Place cucumbers into jars and top with heated brine Seal (not too tight seals). Put sealed jars into oven for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
