½ kg honey
3 eggs
125 grams sugar
125 grams hazelnuts ground
50 grams candied lemon and orange peel
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Pinch of ground cloves
½ cup strong coffee (strong nestkaffee)
½ kg flour
1 pkg baking powder (german)
1 pkg vanilla zucker
1 tube of german lemon extract
1 tbsp brandy

Directions:
Directions:
Cream eggs and sugar, add honey, nuts, spices, lemon and orange peel.

Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture. Spread on a greased cookie sheet 1/2" thick. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

Spread sugar glaze after partially cooled and cut into triangles and add a slice almond on top of each triangle.
