3 lb boneless Beef Chuck Roast
1 garlic clove diced
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp beef bouillon mix
1 can tomatoe sauce
1 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup water
2 tsp worcestershire sauce

Directions:

Cut roast in half, place in a slow cooker.

In a mixing bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over the beef.
Cook on high heat for one hour. Reduce to low heat and continue cooking for 8 hours or 5 to 6 hours on high heat.

Let stand for 15 minutes before carving.
