2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp balsamic or red wine vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce & olive oil
¾ tsp ground pepper
8 cups of assorted vegetables cut into chunks (asparagus, red pepper, portabella mushrooms, zucchini, onions)

Directions:

Combine all ingredients (except veggies) in a heavy ziplock bag. Add veggies and make sure they are coated with marinade. Seal bag. Let stand for 15 minutes. Remove veggies from marinade and grill.
