Cauliflower
Lemon Juice
White Sauce
Gruyere Cheese
Bread Crumbs

Kale
Bacon
Onions
Red Wine Vinegar to taste
Sugar

Roasted Brussel Sprouts
Bacon
Olive Oil
Garlic
Balsamic Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Cauliflower - Boil florettes and add some lemon juice, make white sauce; put florettes in baking dish and top with white sauce. Mix in Gruyere cheese, top with bread crumbs and bake at 400 F for 20 minutes.

Kale Fry - Fry bacon, onions, garlic add red wine vinegar and a little sugar, add Kale and cook until tender.

Roasted Brussel Sprouts - Blanche sprout leaves, cool in ice water; in pan fry some bacon; set aside. In same pan add olive oil and garlic and add the sprout leaves and toss; put onto a baking sheet and bake until brown. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar before serving
