Personal Notes:
I almost always end up adding more light corn syrup and sometimes either more powdered sugar and/or milk, depending on how much I am making and how the consistency of the icing seems to be on that day. Icing may be a bit drippy when putting on the cookies, but hardens fairly decently, depending on your kitchen temperature. I suggest playing around with the recipe a bit to get it how you prefer it to be.

I like using this icing for making sugar cookies with more detailed icing designs and multiple colors. I use a butter knife or small spatula to spread most colors on the cookie. I use toothpicks sometimes to apply the more detailed icing portions. This frosting is not intended for piping.
