½ cup honey
¾ cup wheat germ
¾ cup skim milk powder

(Note: For even better taste, use all natural peanut butter, health store wheat germ, and buckwheat honey.)

Combine ingredients. Roll into balls. Roll in more wheat germ or other covering of your choice (e.g., coconut, chopped peanuts, etc.)
