2 pounds chicken breast boneless, skinless cut into 2" strips
12-15 slices ham
12-15 slices swiss
1 cup cream
½ cup white wine
1 tablspoon dijon mustard
⅓ cup flour
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1½ cup panko or plain bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Lay 1-2 pieces of ham down on a plate, depending on size of ham. Put 1-2 pieces of swiss on top, depending on cheese size. Place a strip of chicken on top. Then roll. Repeat with remaining ham, swiss and chicken. Arrange rolls in a baking dish.

In a bowl, whisk together flour and wine until smooth with no lumps. Add in cream, mustard, paprika, salt and pepper. Then mix well.

Pour evenly over chicken. Top with bread crumbs.

Cook in oven for 1 hour or until chicken is fully cooked.
