2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 stick butter Ron temperature
2 eggs
1 cup dried apricots finely chopped
1 cup pistachios chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Combine flour sugar baking powder and salt. Add butter and beat on medium till course crumbs. Add apricots and pistachios. Mix until dough forms a ball.
On a parchment lined baking sheet, form 2 logs, 2 x 12. Bake until dry and set. About 25 minutes.
Cool completely on wire rack. Cut into 1/4 inch slices bake on parchment until golden about 15-20 minutes.
