3 cups yogurt
2 tsp finely grated lemon zest
3/4 cup honey
3/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 5 lemons)

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the honey, lemon juice, and zest, and bring to a simmer, stirring for about 3 to 5 minutes, just until the honey is dissolved into the lemon juice to make a syrup. Place the syrup in an uncovered, shallow container and refrigerate until completely chilled.

Mix the syrup with the SCD yogurt and put in the ice cream maker.
