Two cups sifted flowers
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon soda
1 egg
Half a cup soft butter
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
1 1/2 cup salted cashew nuts ( 6 3/4 o ounce can)

Creamy White Icing
3 T light cream
1 T Vanilla
4 Ounces Cream Cheese, cubed
2 T butter
1/2 tsp salt
3 c powered sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°. Grease cookie sheet. Sift flour baking powder soda and salt together into mixing bowl. The eggs butter brown sugar, vanilla and sour cream in blender and run on low speed to Smoot. Stop blender and add nuts. On low speed Internet are coarsely chopped. ( Watch carefully select do not become finally chopped; turn on and off quickly several times) pour into flour mixture and stir to mix. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake about 10 minutes. Cool and frost with creamy white icing. Makes seven dozen cookies


Creamy White Icing
Have all ingredients room temperature. Put all ingredients except powdered sugar in blender and run on low speed until smooth. Add 1 cup powdered sugar. Cover and run on high speed till smooth. Gradually add remaining powdered sugar. Blend until smooth. Flosts 8 inch cakes.
