1 bag (12 ounces) butterscotch chips
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
4 cups mini marshmallows
6 ounces chow mein noodles
Pinch of salt
Directions:
Directions:
In the top of a double boiler, melt butterscotch chips over hot, not boiling, water. When soft, add peanut butter and mix thoroughly. In a separate bowl, mix together marshmallows, chow mein noodles and pinch of salt. Pour butterscotch mixture over chow mein mixture and mix well. Put in piles on wax paper and refrigerate.
