1 8--oz. package crescent rolls
1/2 lb..sausage, crumbled, browned and drained
1/2 package 24 oz. frozen hash browns
2 C. shredded cheese
5 eggs
1/2 C. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. bacon fried crisp

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray. Unroll crescent dough and place no bottom of pan. Press perforations together to form a rectangle and cover bottom of pan. Top with sausage, hash browns. Top with cheese. Beat eggs with the milk. Add salt and pepper. Pour over cheese. Top with cooked bacon. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.

Note: Other ingredients you could add is diced green / red peppers, mushrooms, etc. may be added.
