2 c. orange peel
1 c. lemon peel
1/2 c. orange leaves (or dried herbs of choice)
1/2 c. lemon leaves (or dried flowers of choice)
1/2 oz. (3 teaspoons) cinnamon
1/2 oz. (3 teaspoons) nutmeg
1 oz. (6 teaspoons or 2 Tablespoons) spearmint
1 oz. (3 teaspoons) orris root (available at quality craft shops)

Chop leaves and peel finely. Mix all and place in airtight container for 2 weeks, shake daily. Use in bowls, sachets. Add citrus oil (available at craft shops) to revitalize.
