5 lbs. potatoes
1 cup cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup butter
1 tbsp. onion salt
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes and mash well.

Add cream cheese in pieces. Add remaining ingredients. Beat until smooth and fluffy.

Scrape into a 2 litre casserole dish (or crockpot)

Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika or parsley. Cover and heat at 350ºF until heated through.

This can be made ahead of time and heated before serving.

These mashed potatoes are so good that Annalies once turned down the ice cream we were having for dessert in order to have more.
