2 cups elbow macaroni (8 oz.)
3 eggs lightly beaten
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese plus extra for topping
4 Tbsp. butter cut into pieces
1 cup whole or evaporated milk
½ cup sour cream
½ teas. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Lightly grease 9x13 baking dish with butter, oil or spray
In large pot of boiling water cook macaroni . Drain well and transfer to large bowl.
Add the 2 cups of cheese and butter until pasta is covered.
In medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk sour cream and salt.
Add the mixture to the pasts and stir well to combine.
Scrape into baking dish. Bake until golden 30-40 minutes.
Remove from oven top with additional cheese
Return to oven until cheese melts about 5 minutes
