1 16 oz. couture of cottage cheese
2 eggs
Spaghetti Sauce
1 16 oz. container of sour cream
Lasagna noodles
Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cottage cheese, sour cream and eggs in blender - process until smooth.
Spread spaghetti sauce in the bottom of a 9" x 13" casserole dish. Place a layer of lasagna noodles on the sauce. Spread half of the cheese mixture over the noodles. Repeat layers.
Top with mozzarella cheese and another layer of sauce. Cover with aluminum foil.
(May freeze at this point if desired. If you free it you don't need to precook the noodles).

Bake at 375 for 40 minutes. If you precooked the noodles you only need to bake for 20 minutes before removing foil). Remove foil and bake for another 20 minutes until bubbly. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
