4 Ahi Tuna Steaks, 4 oz. each

Marinade:

1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
1 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions:

Mix all marinade ingredients in a glass bowl.

Place tuna steaks in a glass 8"x8" dish, pour marinade over top.
Marinate for one hour in the refrigerator; turning over halfway through.
After an hour, remove from marinade and pat dry.

Pre-heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
Cook the tuna steaks 2 minutes per side.

Make sure you have sushi grade tuna for this recipe.

I'm not usually a fan for tuna done this way but the marinade is really good and really makes this tuna taste wonderful.
I started using this recipe while Barry & I were in the Caymans the winter of 2015.

This will serve for 4 as a main course or 8 as an appetizer course.
