Graham cracker crust (8")

Pie Filling:
1 pkg. 8 oz. low fat cream cheese
2 cups low-fat or fat free whipped cream
2 T fat free cottage cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Buy or make a Graham cracker crust (8 ") set aside.
Soften 1 pkg. (8 ounces) low fat cream cheese.
Cream with 1/2 c powdered sugar.
Add 2 cups low-fat or fat free whipped cream.
Cream or mash 2 T. fat free cottage cheese.
Add to mixture
Fill Graham cracker crust
Then refrigerate until solid.
Top with favorite topping.
(I like canned fruit pie fillings) about 1 T. per slice
Makes an 8 " pie
