Sliced Jalapenos (pickled)

8 oz shredded cheddar cheese

8 oz shredded Monterey Jack cheese

2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Layer bottom of 8x8 or 9x9 glass dish with jalapeno slices. Sprinkle cheeses on top of jalapenos. Beat eggs and pour over top of the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese starts to brown on the edges.
