Fruit Mince
3 cups of fruit such as;
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup dried dates
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup currants
1/2 cup sultanas
1/4 cup glace cherries
1/4 cup mixed peel
1/4 cup dried figs
3 tbsp brandy
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 granny smith apple, peeled, coarsely grated
1 tsp mixed spice
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Pastry
Use Thermomix Sweet Short Pastry recipe

Directions:
Directions:
To make filling combine ingredients in a bowl, cover and allow to stand at least overnight.

Make pastry according to TM directions.

Cut pastry rounds to fit muffin or mini muffin tins, fill with mince and then top with pastry stars.

Bake in oven preheated to 180ºC for approximately 20 minutes or until lightly golden and crispy
Allow to cool then dust with icing sugar.
