1 Devil foods cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together cake mix, eggs and oil in a bowl until all the cake powder is absorbed.
Make into cookie balls.
Bake cookies 8-10 minutes, or until done
Place unwrapped mint on each warm cookie

Pretty easy. You can use any mint: Pink and white wrapped, or a thin mint type cut into fourths!
