4 plum tomatoes, chopped
3 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted, and chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
3 gloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon cilantro
Juice from 1/4 lemon
8 ounces crumbled feta cheese

Mix all together gently. Chill for 4-6 hours. Serve with pita chips.
