Ingredients:  
1 can white whole kernel corn drained or 1pkg. frozen Shoepeg corn
2 cans French style green beans drained
1 onion diced
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 tube Ritz crackers crushed
1 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix corn and green beans.
Mix soup and sour cream.
Add to the corn and beans
Add onion and cheese
Mix butter and crackers
Pour corn and green bean mixture into a 3 quart baking dish
Top with buttered cracker crumbs.
Bake 400º about 25 minutes
